Invisible Wounds: April 24 Brown Bag on experience of student veterans

Three military veterans will speak at a “brown bag” workshop addressing the invisible wounds experienced by many veterans and student veterans.

The “Invisible Wounds” workshop, from noon to 1 p.m. April 24 in the University Center Presentation Room, is presented by Webster University’s Accessibility Committee, the Counseling office, the Office of Military Affairs and Health Services.

Areas to be discussed include: military sexual trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression.

Come and hear these veterans, who also assist other veterans, as we raise awareness about mental health and mental health services for veterans.
