Dual Admission Partnership Policy Effective Aug. 1
The Office of Academic Affairs is pleased to announce that we now have a Dual Admission Partnership Policy, effective Aug. 1, 2014.
The Dual Admission Partnership Program offers students a seamless, structured, guaranteed pathway for attaining a baccalaureate degree. Through dual admission agreements, which provide one curriculum plan for earning an associate degree and baccalaureate degree, students meeting designated criteria can be admitted to and enrolled at a partner institution and at the same time be admitted to Webster University.
The intent of the program is to encourage students to leverage educational resources at both institutions in order to achieve undergraduate educational goals.
Congratulations to the working group members who completed this important initiative this summer:
- Jenny Broeder, College of Arts & Sciences
- Chrissy Gilbert, Office of Admission
- Kim Kleinman, Academic Advising
- Anita Manion, College of Arts & Sciences
- Dawn McCracken, Registrar’s Office
- Veronica Perry, Office of Admission

May I also add a thank you to our working group leader, Rita Smith, who kept us on-task!
Does this apply to extended campuses as well?
Hi Annette, yes, it could if the partnership makes sense for the University. Those requests would need to be vetted through regular extended campus channels (Director to AVP). We are still working on some of the details of the process.
