Upgrades to Online Bookstore, Scheduled Outage June 13-15

In preparation for the Fall back-to-school season, Follett (operator of the Webster University Bookstore) will be launching extensive upgrades to eFollett.com  in the effort to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.

While implementing these updates, eFollett.com and the Faculty Online Adoption tool will be unavailable from 7 p.m. CST on Friday, June 13, to 10 p.m. CST on Sunday, June 15. All eFollett.com and Online Adoption visitors will be prompted with an outage message, including contact information for eFollett.com customer service. Please know that the Webster University Bookstore will remain fully operational during its normal business hours to ensure minimal impact to the Webster University campus community.
