Webster University and the University of Science Technology (UESTC), Webster’s partner in Chengdu, recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Joint MBA Program in Chengdu. Faculty, alumni and students gathered for the event in advance of the graduation of this year’s class on Dec. 7.

The Joint MBA Program started in 2003 and has operated continuously since the first classes, with some current faculty and staff involved since the very beginning.

The program is unique in Southwest China and is staffed by professors from Webster University 12 months a year. Several Webster University faculty members based in the United States have traveled to Chengdu to teach numerous times and help grow the program.

Over the years, graduates of the program have been very successful, growing careers at Fortune 500 companies and remaining engaged with Webster University as alumni.
