My Webster Now Open for Registration

By now, all U.S. employees should have completed basic My Webster training through the Canvas/WorldClassroom platform. Today, employees can access the My Webster employee self-service system; you will first need to complete the registration process at the ADP portal here. This one-time process creates each employee’s user name, password, security questions and contact information. Click here for detailed registration instructions [PDF], including screenshots.

Employees will be able to log in to the system to see how it works in real time. Beginning Dec. 15, all work-study students will need to timestamp to provide the data for their January 2014 pay. Additionally, hourly staff will need to begin time-stamping Dec. 22 for their January 2014 pay.

Command Center

The Implementation Team has established a Command Center to provide help and assistance as you sign in and navigate this new system. The Command Center is located on the main campus in SV104 and will be staffed from 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. Questions and/or problems can also be directed to a hot-line phone 314-246-4500 which rings in the Command Center along with the mywebster@webster.edu email address.

Sign Up, Familiarize, Prepare for Changes

It is important that all employees sign-in and familiarize themselves with this new system. My Webster reflects some significant changes to the payroll process and it is in every employee’s best interest to understand these changes. Starting in January 2014, this will be Webster’s system for calculating and paying all employees.
