Notice of New Xerox Support Services

The St. Louis campus recently transitioned to a new organization, Xerox Print Services, for the support and service of printer devices. All printers have been tagged with new information stickers containing all the information needed to report service issues and order supplies for printers.

Effective immediately please follow the below instructions for printer needs:

  • If the inventory tag contains the term Network, the device is on an automated system which will track supply inventory and automatically ship the appropriate toner when warranted. This will occur with enough advance time to receive your supplies prior to the depletion of your stock.
  • If the inventory tag contains the term Desktop, toner supplies will need to be ordered by calling the IT Service Desk at ext. 5995. Please allow for shipping and delivery time when ordering toner.
  • For service and repair issues, call the IT Service Desk at ext. 5995, and a technician will be dispatched to assist with your needs.
  • To recycle spent toner, access the Xerox website at: www.xerox.com/gwa. Select United States and follow the instructions on the Single Item Returns tab. This system will print a mailing label for you to return empty toner cartridges. Your department will not be charged shipping costs for this convenient service.
