All-Region Honors for Dooley, Behme, Stoulp

On the eve of play in the NCAA III Baseball Championships, better known as the World Series, three Webster University baseball players have been honored by, by being named to the All-Central Region Team. Senior Steven Dooley, sophomore Isaac Behme and junior Taylor Stoulp landed berths on the 2013 team.

Pitchers Dooley and Behme were voted to the All-Central Region Second Team and second baseman Stoulp was voted to the Third Team.

The three are piling up post-season honors. Earlier this month, Dooley was named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference 2013 Pitcher of the Year. Dooley, Behme and Stoulp received First Team All-Conference recognition. Behme was 2012 SLIAC Newcomer of the Year.

In the SLIAC Tournament, Dooley was named the Most Valuable Player, and Behme and Stoulp were named to the 2013 All-Tournament Team. Dooley is 10-2 on the year, setting a Webster record for wins in a single season. Behme is 9-3 for the 2013 campaign and Stoulp is batting .339 with a team-high 43 RBIs.
