IT Critical Processes/Events Submission Form

| March 5, 2013

Information Technology (IT) needs your help for scheduling weekend maintenance windows to upgrade and enhance systems, done several months in advance.

To help identify weekends that best meet the needs of the University, IT maintains an internal calendar that charts critical academic and business cycles, dates and events.

Input from University departments is necessary to accurately update the calendar to reflect University happenings. To simplify the notification process, an online Critical Processes/Events Submission Form is available.

Input all events that rely on the use of technology or systems (i.e., CX, Internet, etc.). Examples include: Admissions or Advising/Registration events, programming contests, debate tournaments, internship fairs, residential move-in days, etc.

Please bookmark this link in your web browser for easy ongoing accessibility, and share the submission form with any staff in your area who can utilize it. Your assistance and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

As a reminder, our next scheduled maintenance weekend is Friday, April 26 (beginning at 10 p.m.) through Sunday, April 28 (ending at 3 p.m). More information will be made available soon.
