2013 Benefits Open Enrollment begins Thursday, Nov. 1, and concludes Thursday, Nov. 15. Enrollment packets were mailed last week, so you should have received or will soon receive a mailing at your home address providing an overview of 2013 updates and instructions on how to make changes in your current elections. You only need to submit paperwork if you want to make a change in your plan provisions or if you want to participate in the Flexible Spending Account in 2013.

We will host our annual Benefits Fair on the Home campus on Tuesday, Nov. 6, from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. in the University Center Sunnen Lounge. Vendor representatives from most of our insurance companies, along with Human Resources and Webster Wellness will be on hand to answer your questions. There will be some giveaways, so plan to attend if you are able.

See the schedule for the locations and times [PDF] (note: file has been updated) and plan to attend at least one session. The meetings will be available to those who are unable to attend in person via a WebEx meeting. The address and conference line will be shared next week.
