Community Liaison: Myrtle Beach and Monster.com

Webster Myrtle Beach CRC Frankie Bellamy meets Monster.com reps — including Trump, the Monster.com mascot.
Frankie Bellamy at Webster University’s Myrtle Beach (S.C.) campus location recently paid Monster.com a visit to exchange information and take a tour of the local offices of the global online employment resource company.
Bellamy, Webster’s community relations coordinator (CRC) at Myrtle Beach, met with Monster.com human resources manager Wendy Dembowski at Monster’s Florence, S.C., location to discuss various graduate degrees offered at Webster’s Myrtle Beach campus location.
Monster.com offers tuition reimbursement, and many on their staff are interested in going back to school. Dembowski also shared info for Webster students about how to set up a Monster.com account.
“Wendy kept emphasizing the importance of customer service,” Bellamy said. “She said Monster.com’s main goal is customer service, and they have different teams designed to handle specific customer complaints or issues.”
In her tour of the corporate office, Bellamy also noted how Monster.com is also on the “wellness” kick for its employees, seeking to provide a healthy, fulfilling environment.
“I thank Wendy for taking the time,” Bellamy said. “It was great seeing the facility and meeting some of their amazing staff.”
