First Annual Webster University Teaching Festival April 25-28

Webster University’s Faculty Development Center (FDC), in partnership with the Online Learning Center and Emerson Library, is proud to present the First Annual Webster University Teaching Festival, an occasion to celebrate and share effective and innovative teaching of Webster University faculty.

This four-day event, April 25-28, will be held in the Faculty Development Center, located in room 420 of the Emerson Library on the Webster Groves campus. All are invited, and events will be streamed online and recorded for Webster’s worldwide community of faculty.

Highlights include:

• April 25, 2 p.m.: Opening reception & poster presentation showcase

• April 26-27, all day: Presentations from faculty members on a wide range of teaching and learning topics

• April 28, 2:30-4 p.m.: Panel discussion with previous recipients of the William T. Kemper Award for Teaching Excellence

• April 28, 4 p.m.: Closing reception
