Fall 1 Orientation (August) 

Graduate Student Orientation – Saturday, August 19th


*International students will continue with afternoon sessions including immigration check-in, resource fair, and workshops on cross cultural academic success.

Undergraduate Student Orientation – August 24-27th 


*International student workshops are noted within the New Student Orientation schedule.

Immigration Check In is REQUIRED – Thursday, August 24th from 1 – 3 pm in the University Center.

International Student Orientation – Friday, October 20th – 9:30 AM University Center Sunnen Lounge


Spring 1 Orientation (January)

Graduate Student Orientation – Saturday, January 6th


Undergraduate Student Orientation – Friday, January 12th


Spring 2 Orientation (March)

International Student Orientation – Friday, March 16th

Summer Orientation (June)

If you miss Immigration Check In, you may check in through the online process noted below.


Immigration Check In Instructions

1.  Immigration check in is required for all international students on F-1 visas. Scan copies of your I20 or DS2019, passport, local address and emergency contact information. Assemble all documents and contact information in order to upload and submit your Immigration Check In online at https://webster.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0weKBh2bDeREIst or complete Immigration Check In at our orientation event in person.

2. Complete Before You Board: International Student Orientation Online. Access this course in WorldClassroom through your Connections account. This online orientation is required to be completed within your first nine week term at Webster and includes all information you need to know as a new student. Information on how to access Before You Board can be found at http://blogs.webster.edu/mcisa/programs/international-student-orientation/
