Plymouth Closed, Lot D Inaccessible July 4 for Parade

Per the Webster Groves Police Department, Plymouth Avenue will be closed for the Webster Groves Community Days Parade on July 4. Plymouth Avenue will be used as the staging area for the Budweiser Clydesdales. Parking Lot D on Webster University’s campus will not be accessible during this time.
