John Massena has been named director of Undergraduate Admission for Webster University. This position in the Office of Admission serves a critical leadership and strategic role in the recruitment of new students to the Webster Groves home campus. Massena will join Webster on July 1.

“We are excited that John will be joining the Enrollment Management division as director of Undergraduate Admission,” said Robert Parrent, vice president for Enrollment Management. “His vast knowledge of recruitment enrollment technology and use of data in strategic decision making well-matches the direction being pursued at Webster University.”

Massena comes to Webster from Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois, where he was director of Admissions. In this role, he oversaw policy and procedure development for the admissions department involving institutional diversity, student transition policy and procedures, new student orientation, retention, and first year programming.
