Webster Volleyball and Basketball Summer Camps Feature Variety of Skills, Ages

Webster’s volleyball team won its fourth consecutive SLIAC championship in 2014-15.

The Webster University men’s and women’s basketball, and volleyball programs will once again be offering camps this summer on campus at the Grant Gymnasium in the University Center. Both sports will be offering a variety of camps.

Men’s and women’s basketball will both be offering Nike Camps. For the men the age limit is 8-17, and for the women, 10-17, and both include overnight options in addition to day camp only. Webster head men’s coach Chris Bunch runs the men’s camp, and Webster head women’s coach Jordan Olufson will run the women’s camps.

In addition, there will be a boys and girls camp for basketball players between the ages of 8-11, coordinated by coach Olufson.

The SLIAC number one seeded Webster University men's basketball team will host the conference tournament Feb. 28-March 1.

The men’s basketball team finished tied for first in SLIAC in 2014-15.

A variety of volleyball camps are being offered, directed by Webster University head coach Merry Graf. The camps are offered for various age groups and include a general volleyball camp and specialty camps for setting, defense, hitting and Nike camps.
