On April 29, Webster University students Jessica Buehne, Brittni Brown, Dorothy Jackson and Fadil Hodzic presented at the Edward Jones Internship Showcase at the corporate headquarters in St. Louis.  The students presented their experiences, suggestions for improvement and answered questions from Edward Jones executives, team leaders and career services professionals from the area.

Students received the internship opportunity after being selected from several candidates during the Edward Jones on-campus interview event offered by the Career Planning & Development Center in the fall.

“Edward Jones offers an amazing opportunity for our students to gain valuable experiences in their field and interact with professionals. I was so proud to see Webster University represented at this event,” said Trezette Dixon, assistant director, Employer Relations. “Our students spoke with authority and displayed the combined knowledge of their Webster University education and professional experience gained from Edward Jones.”

Other universities represented at the showcase were Lindenwood University, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Saint Louis University, Washington University and University of Missouri-St. Louis.
