Electrical Customer Substation Phase 2: Minor parking, pedestrian impact April 27-30

| April 23, 2015

On Monday, April 27, the contractor Kozeny-Wagner will begin pulling electrical cables through the underground ductbank and directionally bored conduits from the new Electrical Customer Substation’s location along the south side of Garden Avenue, to east side of the East Academic Building, and to Manhole #6 south of the Pearson House.

The contractor will block off three parking spaces on the east side of the East Academic Building and three spaces at the northeast corner of Parking Lot L North (south of the Pearson House). There will be minimal pedestrian and vehicular disruption. The approximate duration of this work is four business days, April 27-30.

The Department of Facilities Planning and Management will keep the local Webster Community informed as the Electrical Customer Substation work progresses. Contact Jim Ward, project manager, at 314-246-7481 or wardji@webster.edu with any questions regarding the project.
