2014-15 Total Compensation Reports Arriving Soon

| April 14, 2015

Total Compensation Statements summarize the value of a full-time faculty/staff member’s whole compensation – pay and benefits – provided by the University in a given year.

Arriving soon in the mail from Human Resources: 2014-2015 total compensation reports for U.S. full-time faculty or staff members. (Note that the distribution is to active employees who were paid in 2014.)

This statement summarizes the value of your compensation – pay and benefits – provided by the University. The statement focuses on the core benefits the University offers its employees and provides a breakout of contributions made in 2014 and the 2015 enrollment as of March 1.

In your individual statement, a pie chart shows you the breakout of the percentage of direct pay (for example, including paid time off, overtime, etc.) versus your indirect pay (the contributions Webster makes for your benefits elections or participation).
