Electrical Customer Substation: Phase 2 work along Garden, Hazel

Beginning the morning of Thursday, March 19, Aschinger Electric will begin cleaning and pumping out the manholes along Garden Avenue, by the University Center, Visual Arts and along Hazel Avenue. They will have personnel assisting with traffic control on Hazel Avenue.
