Teaching Festival - Literary Scrapbooks

English professor Meg Sempreora presents, ‚ÄúPaper, Scissors, Pictures and Words: Literary Scrapbooks” in the Faculty Development Center at the 2015 Teaching Festival.

The 2015 Teaching Festival wrapped up Friday with the Formative Feedback and Writing workshop led by Roshaunda Cade, assistant director of the Academic Resource Center.

The week of events and poster presentations focused on the scholarship of teaching and learning as a way to celebrate and share effective and innovative teaching among Webster University faculty. Event topics ranged from incorporating the newest technologies like video classrooms and the social media today’s students rely upon, to the personal hands-on benefit of literary scrapbooks, and much more.

The festival is organized by the Faculty Development Center in partnership with the Online Learning Center, Emerson Library, and the Academic Resource Center.

Thank you to all of the Webster faculty, staff and students who presented, contributed and attended — and will no doubt take something from this festival to use in future classes. We look forward to another outstanding festival in 2016!
