Webster Fitness Center staff challenges Webster community members to participate in the Gorlok Fitness Club’s “12 Days of Fit-Mas!”

Webster University faculty, staff and students are invited to join the Gorlok Fitness Club in celebrating the “12 Days of Fit-Mas!” From Dec. 8-19, participants are challenged to visit the Fitness Center to attempt these physical challenge for each of 12 days, adding on activities each day.

Each participant will be rewarded with a healthier, happier holiday!

Gorlok Fitness Club’s 12 Days of Fitness
  • 1-minute handstand
  • 2-minute plank
  • 3 squat jumps with med ball
  • 4-minute jump rope
  • 5 power cleans
  • 6 bicep curls
  • 7 tricep extensions
  • 8 bigtime burpees
  • 9 long leg lunges (each leg)
  • 10 bodyweight squats
  • 11 Supermans
  • 12-minute cardio (your choice)
