The Strategic Planning Steering Committee will present a draft of the strategic plan, Global Impact for the Next Century, on Thursday, Dec. 11, 3 to 4:30 p.m. CST in the Winifred Moore Auditorium on the main campus. The event will be streamed online.

The four themes and 16 objectives of the plan were announced at Fall Convocation. At the Town Hall, committee members will present recommended measures for each objective and a list of initiatives to move the measures forward. The initiatives emerged from the many suggestions contributed during the strategic planning focus sessions and in previous reports from the Working Groups, the Academic Program Review & Prioritization, the ACE Internationalization Laboratory, the Deans’ Global Initiative and other sources. The list of measures and of initiatives is longer than needed for the plan. The community will be asked to participate in prioritizing the measures and initiatives.

Following the Town Hall, the draft plan will be sent via a Qualtrics survey for feedback.  The feedback will be incorporated into the next draft of the plan, which will be presented to the Webster University community at Spring Convocation in January.
