Show your support for the fight against breast cancer with a donation at the women’s soccer games Oct. 9 and Oct. 14.

The Webster University women’s soccer team will “go pink,” wearing pink jerseys, for home games on Oct. 9 and Oct. 14 to raise awareness of breast cancer, and for donations toward research funding the fight against the disease.

The team will be seeking donations throughout the two games for the Susan G. Komen Foundation at games, vs. Spalding University and MacMurray College, highlighted by the availability of a limited edition t-shirt.

Donations of all amounts are accepted and t-shirts will be available at a table at midfield on the patio at the Soccer Park. The special edition “Webster Soccer Breast Cancer Awareness” t-shirts will be be given to anyone who makes a minimum donation of $12 or more.

If you are unable to attend either of the games, but would still like to make a donation, contact head coach Luigi Scire at 314-246-7191. The team hopes to see supporters at either or both games, and hope that you show your support with a donation for a t-shirt.
