| September 29, 2014

Webster University’s Office of Corporate Partnerships engaged in one-on-one online chat sessions with employees from nearly 40 different companies at EdAssist’s Virtual Education Fair on Sept. 25. During this event, members of the Office of Corporate Partnerships staffed a Webster University-branded booth in an online environment that was visited by working professionals who have an interest in furthering their education.

From finance and banking to telecommunications, healthcare, global security, food and beverage, and more, the education fair provided the Office of Corporate Partnerships with access to nearly 2,900 prospective students who have a variety of educational needs.

“EdAssist’s Education Fair was a unique opportunity for Webster University to promote its degree programs as well as share information with employees about the benefits they could receive as a result of our partnership agreement with their employer,” said Mindy Lewis, manager of the Office of Corporate Partnerships. “Following the event, we look forward to reconnecting with the individuals who visited our booth to determine how Webster University can help them achieve their educational goals.”

EdAssist is the largest provider of outsourced tuition management services, representing Fortune 1000 clients across multiple industries. Webster University was invited to participate in its annual education fair because of its partnership agreement with EdAssist.
