Free St. Louis-Area Flu Vaccine Dates include Eden Seminary Oct. 10

| September 25, 2014

The flu is a contagious illness caused by influenza viruses that infect the lungs, throat and nose. The flu affects millions of people each year and can lead to serious illness, or even death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the best way to prevent the flu is by getting vaccinated each year. So take a positive step to help reduce your chances of catching this season’s flu, and get a flu shot.

For our St. Louis employees and families, BJC HealthCare is offering free flu shots at various area locations between Sept. 27 and Nov. 3 again this year while supplies last.

The Webster Groves community clinic will be held at Eden Theological Seminary – The Commons area on Friday, Oct. 10 from noon – 6 p.m.

If you have any questions about receiving your flu immunizations, please contact Cheryl Fritz, manager, Benefits & Compensation, 314-246-7055 or
