Counseling & Life Development and Wellness Community invite you to enjoy restorative yoga and stress management every Tuesday from noon-1 p.m. in the Alumni House.

The free class allows you to slow the fast pace of the day down. It features an opportunity to learn stress management skills and also learn to relax. You can participate in a chair if you like and do whatever moves are within your comfort zone.

When attending, wear loose fitting clothes and bring a mat to the Alumni House, or wear whatever you have on (though jeans are not recommended). Next week, treat yourself and your body to the many benefits of yoga and stress relief.
