Vienna - Emmons

A longtime supporter of Webster Vienna, Jason Emmons of Deloitte spoke with students about the importance — and fun — of building international relationships.

With the new academic year underway it was time for the latest “Career Lunch” at Webster University Vienna. The featured guest was Jason Emmons, international risk partner at Deloitte, who spoke to students about landing their dream job.

In his presentation, “Building International Relationships for Fun and Profit,” Emmons showed soon-to-be graduates how to pursue their career aspirations to the fullest, why a career in sales can be a very interesting challenge, and how to establish and successfully use a professional network for career purposes. Offering “10 moves to make moments matter,” he vividly showed students that building international relationships can be critical to profit — and fun.

The friend of Webster also took a moment to look back on his own outstanding business career. After growing up in a very small town in California, he decided he wanted more and sought to build his career abroad.

Since arriving in the city six years ago, Emmons has been a great supporter of Webster Vienna. Campus leaders thanked him for his continuous engagement and support of Webster students, especially during what was his last week of assignment abroad, and wished him all the best in the future.
