Involvement & Community Service Fair: Group/Department Registration due Aug. 29

At the annual fair, students learn about campus departments, job and internship opportunities, and on-campus organizations.

It’s once again time to plan the annual Involvement and Community Service Fair. This event is geared towards Webster home campus student organizations, campus departments, and community friends, who gather to share information, recruit volunteers and new members, and help encourage students to get involved on campus.

The fall 2014 Involvement and Community Service Fair will take place Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Quad. (In case of inclement weather, the University Center’s Grant Gym is a backup site.)

Registration and Tips
  • Each participating group is encouraged to make their booth an interactive experience for the students.
  • It is your responsibility to provide appropriate signage and information to display at your booth. Be creative and have fun!
  • Campus departments and Community Service Organizations who are looking to hire student employees are encouraged to advertise those positions and even set up interviews with students on the spot.
  • All student organizations must register with Involved at Webster before they can register for the Involvement Fair.
