Flood Relief for the Balkans, Donated Items Needed

| May 22, 2014

Dear Webster friends:

As you may know, the Balkans has been hit with its worst flooding in 120 years, with Bosnia, Croatia and Serbia receiving two months of rainfall in only 40 hours. Thousands of people have lost everything from this devastating disaster, with the Bosnian Chamber of Commerce in St. Louis citing billions of dollars in property damage to the region.

Recognizing the large population of immigrants from Balkan countries in the St. Louis region and among the Webster University community, community members are collaborating to join the international relief effort.
