Karl Sterner, Webster’s senior director of Graduate Enrollment, gave an overview of the Webster University AmeriCorps Matching Program and was the host for the evening. Chad Baker (AmeriCorps Alumni St. Louis Board Chair) facilitated a networking event so that volunteers can meet with AmeriCorps alumni.

During the two-hour event, faculty and staff from the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology, the School of Communications, the School of Education and the College of Arts & Sciences spoke with prospective students at their table about the programs available under the match.

“For the first year the event was a success, and we are hoping to make this an annual event at Webster University with each year getting bigger and better” Sterner said.
