Faculty: Spring Writing Retreat April 4, FDC Quiet Time Schedule

| March 4, 2014
Spring Writing Retreat

Do you wish there was more time in your life for scholarly research and writing? Is finding a suitable time and a quiet place for this type of work a challenge?

The Library and the Faculty Development Center (FDC) would like to extend an invitation for you to join us for the Spring Writing Retreat, to be held Friday, April 4, in the Faculty Development Center (Emerson Library, room 420).

The writing retreats are recurring events in which faculty who are engaging in scholarly research, reading and writing can take advantage of an activity-free, student-free environment. Additionally, for those who are interested, the Library and FDC staff offer other services, including assistance with copy editing, identifying publishing opportunities and facilitating peer review. Coffee and lunch will be available to participants who register for the retreat. Click here to register.

For additional questions, contact Chris Jones, FDC coordinator, at cjones95@webster.edu or (314) 246-7867; or Emily Scharf, Instruction and Liaison Services librarian, at emilyscharf99@webster.edu or (314) 246-7818.
