Celebrate Chinese New Year 2014 ‘The Year of the Horse’ Feb. 4

Members of the Webster University community are invited to celebrate the Chinese New Year 2014, the “Year of the Horse” in the University Center’s Sunnen Lounge on Tuesday, Feb. 4, from noon – 2 p.m.

Come celebrate the “Year of the Horse” in the Sunnen Lounge on Tuesday, Feb. 4.

The event is sponsored by the Confucius Institute at Webster University, the Center for International Education and the Chinese Student Association.

This “Year of the Horse” event will show what a celebration really looks like in China, as Chinese teachers share their personal stories and introduce the different parts of the celebration.

A variety of delicious Chinese foods from Mandarin House Restaurant will be served. Entertainment will include a choir from the St. Louis Chinese Language Immersion School, trivia with  prizes and much more.
