Message to Hourly Staff Members

Webster University has determined hourly staff member benefit deductions were incorrectly applied by our payroll processor, ADP, to this Friday’s payroll, Jan. 24, 2014. (Hourly student employees and salaried staff members are not affected.)

ADP is correcting this problem, which will result in a supplemental electronic deposit to impacted bank accounts by noon on Friday, Jan. 24. Those receiving paper checks will be mailed a second check for any difference.

We are asking all hourly staff to check their electronic deposit status after noon on Friday for any payroll deposit discrepancies and report them to payroll@webster.edu immediately.

We apologize for any confusion this has generated and want you to know we will continue working closely with ADP to avoid this and other similar situations in the future.
