Rishe on NCAA Bowl Ticket Market

College football bowl games happen at the turn of the New Year, which means the secondary ticket market is already heating up. In his latest column on the business of sports for Forbes online, Patrick Rishe, professor of economics in the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology, outlines how specific schools, athletes and regions are affecting that market. Separately, Rishe wrote about a “miraculous” recovery by the NFL’s Miami Dolphins in the wake of scandal earlier this season.
