Typhoon Relief: Ways to Help the Philippines

A message from the President and Provost to the Webster University community:

The worldwide Webster University community is saddened by Typhoon Haiyan’s devastation affecting the nation of the Philippines. On behalf of our faculty, staff and students, we extend our thoughts, hope and encouragement to those impacted.

Many relief organizations, including the Red Cross, are mobilizing to assist victims of the typhoon.

On campus in St. Louis, there is a collection box available at the University Center Information Desk the week of Nov. 18-27. There will also be a collection box during the Gorlok Gathering in Marletto’s on Nov. 21. All donations collected there will be sent to the Red Cross.     Thank you, Webster, for this effort, your kind thoughts, and prayers. The devastation was very significant, but in the end, the Filipinos will rise above the tragedy stronger and more resilient than ever! Maraming Salamat!
