Webster University’s Sarasota campus location announced a second scholarship provided by Kamala Prahl, longtime Sarasota-Manatee Human Resources Association (SHRA) member and Webster University alumna.

The Beck, Vogel & Hamilton Scholarship is in honor of Margaret Beck, Ronald Hamilton and Heather Vogel, all adjunct professors of the Webster University George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology at the Sarasota Metropolitan location.

Prahl donated the $1,000 scholarship to honor her former professors¬† and fellow SHRA members as they have made a significant impact in her educational experience and indoctrination into the American culture. After receiving her MA in Human Resources Development in 2007 at Webster’s Sarasota campus location, Prahl wanted to recognize the commitment required to attain a graduate degree and encourage others by offering financial support.

All SHRA members are eligible to compete for this scholarship award. The member must also be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Management and Leadership at Webster University’s Sarasota Metropolitan campus.
