Wichert To Lead Admissions at Ghana Campus

| September 11, 2013

Ken Wichert, associate director of Graduate Admissions at the Webster University Geneva campus, will officially relocate to the Ghana campus as its director of Enrollment Management and Admissions beginning Sept. 16.

He assumes the Admissions duties of John Ginsburg, who held that role in the initial planning stages at the Ghana campus. Ginsburg will continue in his main role as director of Student Services for the Ghana campus.

“Anticipation is building for Webster locally in Accra,” said Tom Oates, director of the Webster campus in Accra, Ghana. “We are thrilled to have Ken join us as we build our team and capitalize on this excitement. We look forward to Ken applying his international recruiting experience as we begin to serve students in Ghana and west Africa.”

The Ghana Ministry of Education has accredited the new campus in Accra, Ghana, and Webster is now in the process of securing approval for this location from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
