Fortune has smiled upon one Webster University student who turned its wheel just so.

Susan Myers, a Webster graduate student at the Myrtle Beach, S.C., campus location, came away a winner after recently appearing on one of the world’s favorite game shows.

Myers, from Georgetown, S.C., won big on the American version of “Wheel of Fortune,” the long-running word puzzle game show that has been adapted for more than 60 international editions.

Her grand prize was $10,000 and an all-expense paid trip for seven days and six nights to the Bahamas.

“The experience was breathtaking,” Myers said. “The crew of Wheel of Fortune were very polite and they treated the contestants like royalty. They encouraged us to just have fun. I had the time of my life!”

Congratulations again to Myers on her success!
