Information Services Offers Training Opportunities

Information Services is hosting monthly virtual learning sessions for staff on Webster Alerts Group Administration and Constant Contact Email Marketing.

Designed for campus and group administrators, the Webster Alerts session focuses on types of alerts, administrator tasks and sending alerts. The Constant Contact session prepares campus and department representatives to put new Webster Constant Contact accounts to use. Topics include: learning the purpose of the email management tool, creating contact lists and sending email.

These training classes provide a great opportunity for new staff members and reminders for existing system administrators. Please contact IT Service Desk at support@webster.edu to submit a training request or set up new administrator accounts.
