Webster is represented among other local universities in murals at the Applebee’s near Webster’s Melbourne, Fla., campus location.

Webster is highlighted over walkways (top) and on walls next to restaurant booths (above).

At every Webster campus location across the world, the university is committed to strengthening local connections in each community. That comes in ways big and small, from dedicated student service to visual representation and support in the neighborhood.

Near the Melbourne, Fla., campus location, the local Applebee’s restaurant franchise contacted Webster to be represented in community murals as part of the restaurant’s remodel.

The murals include logos, photos and murals from several local universities tied to the community.

Theresa Grant, the Melbourne CRC, worked with Global Marketing & Communications’ John Costello and Karen Burch to select a variety of images to represent Webster at this popular local establishment.
