Philanthropy Day

Students signed 800 “thank you” postcards for donors.

Student Philanthropy Day at Webster University was very successful thanks to all the students, faculty and staff who helped pull it off.

More than 800 “thank you” postcards were signed by students on Thursday, Feb. 28, and many faculty and staff wore their Philanthropy @ Webster buttons with pride.

Over 100 colleges and universities participated in Student Engagement & Philanthropy Day all over the world, in partnership with CASE’s (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) ASAP (Affiliated Student Advancement Programs) initiative.

The goal is to educate students on the importance of giving back to their institutions in time, talent and treasure.
