Full-time benefit-eligible faculty and staff:

Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Deadline Thursday, Nov. 15

As a reminder, if you want to remain in your existing plans, with the exception of the Flexible Spending Account, you do not need to do anything and your coverage will remain the same. If you want to participate in Flexible Spending in 2013, you must submit an enrollment form by Thursday.

If you want to change your coverage in any way, you must submit a new Payroll Authorization and where appropriate, a new enrollment form for the coverage. Send your forms to Human Resources office in one of three ways: deliver in person, email to, or fax to 314-968-6909.

Wellness Opportunities and Health Assessment

A biometric screening is available to all employees at no cost, but particularly those who need to know their numbers for the annual Health Assessment. Spots still remain, so register at  You can also seek this through your physician as part of your preventive care benefits.

Finally, if you want to pursue a 5% reduction in your medical premiums, complete your Health Assessment through your account at  You have until Dec. 15 to participate and still receive the reduction.
