Organizers are encouraging proposals with student co-presenters for this year’s Webster University Teaching Festival.

The Webster University Teaching Festival is an occasion to celebrate and share effective and innovative teaching of Webster University faculty.

We are now accepting proposals for presentations, posters, panels and roundtables related to teaching strategies that have proven successful in enhancing student learning. Webster’s worldwide community of faculty, staff and students are encouraged to submit their proposals.

This year, the Teaching Festival welcomes sessions that highlight collaborations between faculty members, departments, courses, or organizations, including new technologies and pedagogical practices to extend learning beyond the classroom.

Sessions with student co-presenters are strongly encouraged. The deadline for proposals is Nov. 30, 2012. Click here to submit a proposal.

The Festival, scheduled Feb. 18-21, 2013, is presented by Webster University’s Faculty Development Center, in partnership with the Online Learning Center and Emerson Library.
