Summary Annual Reports for Employee Benefit Plans

We are required by the IRS to provide employees with a Summary Annual Report (SAR) for all of our employee benefit plans. The SAR is a summary of the annual financial report for all of these plans.

The 2011 SAR documents for our retirement plans and insurance benefit plans are now posted in the Connections portal.

To access the SARs via Connections, please log in to Connections and select either the “Staff” or “Faculty” tab, as appropriate based upon your primary role at the University. Then navigate to the Human Resources channel and scroll down to the Summary Annual Reports section within that Human Resources channel. Links to PDFs of the reports are available there.
