Grant Chapman, associate vice president, Academic Affairs, was quoted in the Chronicle of Higher Education for the Feb. 19 article, “American Colleges’ Missteps Raise Questions About Overseas Partnerships.” In the story [sub. required], Chapman discusses how Webster maintains centralized curriculum standards throughout its international campuses.
