How to Lose Weight and Not Diet

Wednesday, Jan. 25, noon – 1 p.m., Emerson Library, Library Conference Room

Our speaker is Emily Bailey, a registered and licensed dietitian who is dually certified as a personal trainer. Emily has been the manager and director of Nutrition at NutriFormance, LLC in St. Louis for the past 9 years.

Emily is also a resource for our upcoming Mile-by-Mile Marathon starting March 1 and she recently completed the GO! St. Louis half marathon. She believes that all foods fit in a healthy and active lifestyle. We hope you will join us to hear more about losing weight without a diet.
