Video: ‘Express Yourself’ – Holiday Greetings from Webster University

Webster University’s annual holiday card is already a hit this year. The 2011 edition went out the week of Dec. 12 and immediately caught the attention of peers, as it made CollegeWebEditor.com’s list of the top higher ed holiday cards.

The video was edited, produced and largely shot by the Global Marketing and Communications unit, led by interactive media manager Karen Burch and communications coordinator Krissi Timmerman — with considerable “expressive” video and help from Webster contributors all around the world.

Here is the message that went with the card to thousands of friends, alumni, faculty, staff and students of Webster University around the world:

Greetings from Webster University’s global network for learning. This is a special time of year as we embrace our diversity and celebrate the many wonderful cultural traditions of the season.

This year we celebrate the universal language of music and dance. We invite you to join the Webster movement to “express” your joy and camaraderie with one another.
