The United Way: It’s a Part of Us

United Way Campaign

Webster University’s United Way St. Louis campaign officially begins today and runs through Monday, Oct. 17. The two-week campaign will conclude with a special post-campaign celebration for all contributors on Friday, Oct. 21.

The United Way’s liaison to Webster University is Jamella Brown, a Webster alumna. That’s just one of many ties between the University and this important regional agency.

By supporting 170 agencies in the Greater St. Louis area, the United Way helps connect audited, expert agencies with the people who need their services most. Read some of their stories here. Included in that group are more than 60 agencies that are also served by Webster Works Worldwide projects.

Many of these agencies are dear to the hearts of Webster employees who work with them before and after Webster Works Worldwide.

By donating even a dollar to Webster’s United Way campaign, you’ll grow Webster’s support for the United Way as part of our overall institutional gift and help the agencies that serve critical community needs throughout the year. Look for letters with pledge cards in your mailbox this week.
