From Tom Nickolai, director, Academic Advising:

As many of you know, Bethany Keller has accepted a position as an assistant director with the Multicultural Center and International Student Affairs. Bethany was both a senior advisor and the international academic advisor with Academic Advising. I am pleased to make the following announcements:

Paula Aguilar will move into Bethany’s role as senior advisor. Paula has been an advisor at Webster since 2002. She has a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University and a master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. She will continue her usual duties with some key additional responsibilities in regards to undergraduate advising. She will now have signature authority to approve requests from Combined Degree students.

Susan Schmieder has been named the new International Academic Advisor. Suzy began her duties on June 1. She has a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and a master’s degree from Saint Louis University. Suzy previously served as an advising intern at Webster in 2008.

Please join me in recognizing Paula and welcoming Suzy.
