Systems Impact for Webster Blackberry Users

As a result of the maintenance performed on the Webster network on May 21, Blackberry users received messages stating they need to validate the passwords for their Webster email accounts. These are legitimate messages. If you are a Blackberry user who received a verification message, you need to validate your email password for your Blackberry device as follows:

1. Go to the Email Settings option on your mobile device and log in.
2. Select your Webster email account.
3. Enter the password for the account and choose Validate.

Detailed instructions are provided in the verification email. If you are unable to validate your password, please contact your service provider for assistance.
